Facilitation

Strategy, Stakeholders & Inclusive Collaboration

Organizations thrive when their strategies are shaped by the voices of the people who matter most — employees, communities, and stakeholders across sectors. Yet, navigating diverse perspectives, addressing conflict, and aligning on shared values can be challenging without the right support.

With over 20 years of experience across Canada’s public service, and Asia pacific corporate sector, I help leaders design and facilitate critical conversations where strategy and stakeholder engagement meet.

What Makes a Good Facilitator?

A good facilitator inspires the learner’s commitment to learning and growing and makes the learning process participatory. They build a safe container where the teacher and learners are free to explore what arises. With powerful listening skills and empathy, a good facilitator reads the room and senses what is going on, has a good sense of timing and gives direction that leads to meeting the objectives of a session!

“Paying attention is a form of reciprocity with the living world, receiving the gifts with open eyes and open heart.”
